With nearly two decades of paint correction experience and experience across multiple coating brands, we can install the coating brand of your choice. Tell us your preferred product so we can confirm availability, surface compatibility, and its application and warranty requirements.
Our XPEL options include FUSION PLUS PREMIUM v2 for paint and compatible XPEL PPF. We confirm the coating, preparation, covered surfaces, and maintenance plan in your quote.
Protection you notice at wash time
Water-repellent performance. FUSION PLUS helps repel water and makes dirt and road grime easier to clean from treated surfaces.
A finish worth looking after. On suitable glossy paint, ceramic coating enhances the finished appearance after preparation. The coating works with the condition of the surface underneath it.
Ongoing surface care. Coating adds a protective treatment, but the vehicle still needs washing and prompt removal of contamination. It does not make paint scratch-proof or prevent every stain.
The result starts before the coating
A ceramic coating does not remove swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, or water-spot etching. We inspect the finish first and discuss which defects can be improved safely.
Preparation includes cleaning and decontamination, with paint correction recommended where appropriate. A new vehicle may need less correction than a daily driver, but both deserve an inspection before coating.
We agree on the correction work and expected improvement before starting. Deep damage or compromised paint may need another approach; removing every defect is not always safe or practical.
Choose the surfaces you want treated
Paint and XPEL PPF: discuss FUSION PLUS PREMIUM v2 for suitable painted surfaces and compatible XPEL film. Your quote identifies the panels and preparation included.
Wheels, glass, and trim: ask about dedicated coating options for these surfaces. XPEL offers surface-specific formulations, so coating the paint does not automatically include every other part of the vehicle.
Matte and satin finishes: tell us about any matte paint, vinyl, or satin PPF before booking. We review product compatibility and the intended appearance rather than applying the same coating to every finish.
Your ceramic coating appointment
- Assessment and quote. Send vehicle details and photos. We review paint condition, existing protection, and the surfaces you want coated.
- Preparation. We clean and decontaminate the agreed surfaces, then carry out the approved correction work.
- Application. We prepare the surface for bonding and apply the selected coating according to its instructions.
- Pickup and aftercare. We review the finish and explain initial curing, washing, warranty records, and the maintenance schedule. Timing depends on the coating and work included.
FUSION PLUS PREMIUM v2: eight-year limited warranty
XPEL’s manufacturer warranty covers qualifying oxidation, loss of gloss, UV damage, and color fading on treated paint and XPEL PPF finishes for eight years from the original installation, subject to its terms.
Annual inspections are required. XPEL specifies a certified FUSION installer inspection within 30 days before or after the installation anniversary or previous inspection/service date. Keep proof of each visit. Inspection and maintenance charges are the owner’s responsibility; the terms include services such as washing, decontamination, and a FUSION PLUS LITE application.
Water spots, scratches, stone damage, accidents, and improper care are among the exclusions. Approved remedies and limits are defined by XPEL. Keep your receipt and warranty records; contact Rhino in writing about a potential claim. Transfer requires proof of the original installation date and covers only the remaining period.
Easy to maintain still means maintaining it
Follow the initial curing instructions provided at pickup before washing or exposing the coating to cleaning products.
XPEL recommends regular weekly cleaning to limit contamination buildup. Wash out of direct sunlight, work from the cleaner upper surfaces down, and dry completely with a clean microfiber towel or blower.
Water beading does not prevent water spots. Minerals can remain when water evaporates, so avoid letting wash water dry on the vehicle. Remove contamination promptly and contact Rhino about stubborn deposits instead of using aggressive polishing or chemicals.
Keep your annual inspection appointments and use compatible care products. Read XPEL’s coating-care instructions.

Ceramic coating questions
No. Ceramic coating helps with surface care and cleaning. PPF provides a physical film for protection against road debris and minor abrasion. They can be combined using compatible products. Compare our PPF packages.
No. Correction is a separate preparation step, and even coated paint can be scratched by poor washing, abrasion, or impact. Careful washing remains essential.
We assess the existing film’s product, condition, and compatibility before recommending a coating. Tell us when and where the film was installed.
Price depends on vehicle size, paint condition, correction work, coating selection, and covered surfaces. Send photos for an initial discussion; an in-person assessment may be needed to finalize the scope.
We confirm timing after assessing the preparation, application, and curing requirements. Tell us about any deadline when requesting your quote.
No. The PREMIUM v2 warranty has care and inspection conditions. Regular washing and the required annual visits remain part of ownership. We explain the schedule and any service charges before you choose.
