Choose a finish that fits your car
Standard colors: red, yellow, and blue. Choose a bold accent to complement your paint, wrap, or wheels.
Custom color matching is available at an additional cost. Pricing reflects the higher material cost of your selected color, along with the style and complexity of your brakes. Send a color reference with your quote request so we can review the match and confirm pricing.
We aim for a smooth, factory-style appearance with the personal touch of your chosen color and decals.
Complete the look with custom decals
Our custom caliper painting process includes a decal of your choice, with a range of lettering colors available. Popular requests include vehicle-brand lettering such as AMG or PORSCHE.
We work with you on the artwork, color, size, and placement to suit the caliper shape and the area visible through the wheel. Send your preferred design or reference image so we can confirm the details before painting.
Preparation matters as much as color
We take extensive precautions to prevent overspray. Before spraying, we thoroughly cover the vehicle and carefully mask surrounding suspension components and adjacent areas.
We sand and prepare the caliper surfaces for a smooth finish, then clean them before applying the coating system. Careful preparation is an essential part of the finished result.
Caliper painting is a cosmetic service. It does not improve stopping performance or repair mechanical brake problems. Let us know about any existing brake concerns before scheduling.
From your idea to the finished detail
1. Protect the vehicle. We thoroughly cover the vehicle and mask surrounding suspension components and adjacent areas to help prevent overspray.
2. Prepare the calipers. We sand, smooth, clean, and prepare the surfaces for coating.
3. Apply two coats of primer. Primer prepares the surface for the color layers that follow.
4. Apply the basecoat color. We apply your selected standard or custom-matched color.
5. Add your custom decals. Your chosen lettering or design is positioned on the calipers.
6. Cure with infrared heat lamps. We use IR heat lamps to cure the applied finish before clear coating.
7. Finish with two coats of clear. We apply two layers of high-heat-resistant ceramic clear coat for a durable finish.
We confirm appointment timing and explain final curing and aftercare requirements before handover.
Keep the finish looking its best
Follow the curing and cleaning instructions provided for your particular coating. A surface that feels dry may still need additional curing time before normal use or cleaning.
Ask us which wheel-cleaning products are suitable for the finish and decals. Abrasive cleaning and incompatible chemicals can damage decorative coatings. Durability depends on surface condition, preparation, use, and maintenance.
Tell us if you regularly drive on track so we can discuss the suitability and limitations of the proposed finish.
Let’s plan your caliper color
Custom caliper painting starts at $899. Your final quote depends on brake style and complexity, surface condition, and color selection. Standard colors are red, yellow, and blue; custom color matching costs more because of the additional material expense.
Send your vehicle’s year, make, and model, clear photos of your brakes and wheels, and your preferred color and decal design.
